Harlan Byron Hayes, born on June 4, 1943 and raised in Loveland, Ohio, passed away at his home, leaving behind a legacy of service, dedication, and love. He is preceded in death by his mother Rose Marie Trechter and Harlan Byron Hayes Sr, his sister June Felts and his first wife and mother of his children, Sandra Taylor. He is survived by his beloved children, Denise Volante and Harlan Scott Hayes, who will cherish his memory and carry forward his spirit. Harlan was a grandfather to Dr. Danielle Bauman, Jill Daggett, and Michael Volante. He was also a great grandfather to Jonah, Logan, and Henderson.
A proud patriot, Harlan served his country with honor as a member of the United States Marine Corps. His commitment to his community continued through his work as a volunteer police officer, demonstrating his deep sense of duty and willingness to help others.
